Apologetics for Kids FBS class
If God is good, why do bad things happen? How do we know Jesus wasn’t just another guy? Did Jesus really rise from the dead, or was it all a hoax? Can we be good without God?
Our children face a cultural, uphill battle. We live in a world that will be quick to teach that right is wrong, and to offer them blurry lines between what is true and untrue. As they grow up in this world, they are going to start asking good and important questions like: How can we trust the Bible? Are science and faith at odds with each other? Does every religion worship the same God?
These questions are vital for them to ask. But it is also important for them to be assured that they are not the first to ask them, and that there are answers to the big questions they have. In exploring these questions, our kids are going to learn that the historic Christian faith is not an untested, flimsy thing, but a grounded, historically tested, and culturally relevant work of God – the same God who invites them to know Him personally through Jesus.

Surge @ Faith - kickoff WATER WARS
Surge is a brand-new summer ministry designed for both middle school and high school students to come together during the summer months for something deeper than just another everyday event. It's an opportunity to step away from the noise of every day life, enjoy the dog days of summer, and encounter God in a real personal way.
In a season were schedules slow down and rhythms shift, Surge creates intentional space for students to grow in their faith, build meaningful friendships, and discover what it truly means to walk with God. Each gathering will be centered on authentic worship, relevant teaching, and moments that invite students to experience God - not just hear about him.
But Surge isn't just about what happens inside the walls.
We're also building in plenty of fun and connection through games, group activities, and road trips that students will actually look forward to. Whether is laughter during a competition, conversations on the road, or shared moments that turn into lasting memories, these experiences are designed to strengthen community and make faith come alive in every day life.
There's something powerful about bringing middle school and high school students together. It creates mentorship, unity, and a sense of belonging across age groups - where younger students feel welcomed and older students step into leadership.
Our heart for Surge is simple: that students wouldn't just attend something - but be changed by it.
We believe this summer can be a turning point. A time where students grow in confidence, deepen their relationship with God, and realize that they are part of something bigger than themselves.
So get ready for a summer filled with faith, fun, and unforgettable moments.
VBS Decorating Week
“Many hands make light work” … please give an hour, morning, day or even a week to help us transform our church building into a place where our community can come and experience VBS in a big way… where we can shine a light on who Jesus is!

Illuminaton Station VBS
The best week of the year….Vacation Bible School!
Shining a Light on Who Jesus Really Is
Invite kids to Illumination Station VBS for the brightest week of the year! While many people claim to know about Jesus, many are in the dark about who He really is. Some might see Jesus as just a person from history, a good man, or a wise teacher but He is much more than that.
At Illumination Station VBS, kids will be challenged to answer Jesus' important question to His disciples, "Who do you say that I am?" As they explore all the ways light brightens, illuminates, reflects, and reveals, kids will discover that Jesus is the light who brings hope to a dark world.
Jesus spoke to them again: "I am the light of the world. Anyone who follows me will never walk in the darkness but will have the light of life." John 8:12

(He also was on American Idol). Both of these men are passionate about teens desiring Christ and wanting to live transformed lives.
Camp is $409/student - We have several fundraisers and camp scholarships to alleviate some of these costs.
